    Your BIOS may not recognize a drive that size. Check the manufacture web site how to get around it. Maxtor and Western Digital have software that "tricks" the machine.

    What types of attachments? Depending on service pack, etc, .exe .bat .com files are blocked automatically by Outlook. Docs or zipped files will come through okay.

    Folder View - Others' Calendars

    I don't believe folders can be shared in Outlook XP as they were in Outlook 2000. You can export a calender or address book, etc only if the folder is exported as a .pst and then sent to the user and put locally on their machine. Updates must be done the same way.
