    Remote upgrade of firmware on a Storagetek L20/LTO

    Hi all, I'm trying to find out a way of upgrading the firmware on a Storagetek L20 tape library with LTO drives installed - the Storagetek website isn't much use, has anyone here done this before? TIA!
