    Robotics modem

    I am trying to install a u.s. robotics modem on my hp with windows Me. The problem I am having is the old modem was set to com 3, but the u.s. modem only wants to use com 1 or com 2. Is there any way to make the modem work on com 3. Any input is welcome thanks Alan
