HP makes their devices to run at either 10 and 100 (unless you've got a really old print server) and either full or half duplex. The default is to autonegotiate.

Provogeek, you misunderstand me. My bitterness is not directed at Novell; rather, it's directed at Micro$oft and its aparent inability to play nice with others. (Rather like my ex-wife: any solution was good so long as I did it her way...)

BTW, you might want to check out ZENworks 6. It lets you manage AD, including synchronizing passwords. It's brand-new, so I can't give you any personal experience in using it.
I would stay away from MS Windows Services. In my experience, it's strictly a bindery-based service -- they might know that NDS exists, but they wouldn't soil themselves by actually writing to it. (But hey, am I bitter about all my wasted time? No-o-o-o, what would give you that idea?)
