AOL 7.0 dials three times before connecting, can't browse.
Windows 98se with AOL 7.0 installed. Dials three times before connection is made. We have tried different numbers. Same thing. Also, email works but we cannot browse with IE or AOL 7.0. Need some clarification on this. Does AOL 7.0 use IE as it's browser or does it have it's own? Furthermore...- EKKG
