    Amcom Smart Console Deployment

    CM 6.0 with Application Enablement Server, also a CS1K 7.5 in the mix. Moving the operators off the 2250's to CM. Anyone running Smart Console on CM? Amcom has been less than impressive with the front end design/build for my side. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

    I have eliminated the CSU and circuit works great. This a point to point CS1K to Option 11, is a CSU expected as best practice by Nortel? I tried everything including as new CSU and cables but the circuit will not come up with it in place! This is driving me nuts! Thanks gys.

    ATT shows it up. The channels cycle between dsbl and mnbsy when it's trying to come up if that means anything.

    We lost power to the CSU on the Opt 11 end. After ATT tested last night I moved the CSU to a new UPS and it took 20-25 minutes to come back. I did RCNT several times on both ends with no effect.

    Once it is up it runs error free. I am clocking off ATT on both ends and no other circuit on either end has problems. Nothing changed in programming since upgrade last Nov. but this seems to be getting worse and taking longer to come up.

    VOIP external forward to PRI get squeal

    MG1010 branch cabinet off a CS1000M rls 7.0 When a VOIP phone is forwarded outside and called from the CS1000M there is a squeal as the call is connected. If called from a phone registered on the MG1010 cabinet the call is clear.

    Connects but no activity. I have changed speeds, etc. Using Procomm and Win7 works for other locations with SEB's but can't get the Opt 11 to do anything.

    That is where I think I am with this. Need to change the trunks and route to TIE. Problem is far end needs to stay PRI and NI-2 and I can't provide that, it would have to go to Q-Sig. I think. If anyone knows a way around that let me know please. Thanks
