    Chinese Simplified ASP.NET web application

    I am using VS.NET English version. FOr the label, I want it to display in Chinese. I am able to see it in the IDE displayed correctly. When I run it, IE does not display the chinese character correctly even though I have selected the correct encoding. Anyone can advise.
