"Not Ready" reason tracking on M1 opt 11
I am using SCCS and we setup activity codes in it. We have a key assigned as ACNT on the set. When the agent goes Not Ready they hit the ACNT key, input the activity code assigned in Symposium (ie "10" for break) and the ACNT key again to send it to the switch. Then we run a report...- jolly1

Meridian 1 PRI to Rockwell Spectrum
Is your Rockwell switch software at 8.0? I don't think Rockwell can do NI2 until this release.- jolly1
