Is there anyway on a CICS 6.1 and Callpilot 100 to have the night service button, when pushed, default to after-hours menu no matter what time of day it is?
What is the call is answered though? The pager will always pick up first ring, same with the cellphone voicemail.
Also, last question, does it go through 3 pages, then 3 to the phone, or will it go Pager, Phone, pager, phone etc.... until 3 times?
A page will always be successful, however are you saying that it will still do this 3 times and then continue going through the second and third setup numbers (ie cellphone, home #)

We have a customer that has a blown power supply in a Norstar Applications Module with ACD Model 4 in it.
Does anyone have a part # for this power supply?

What woud cause phone calls to be dropped every so often?

Our Debit machine plugged into the analog port of our phone system and over the weekend has stopped working.
