    Wav files and music CD`s play at wrong speed.

    All wav files and music CD`s play too fast and sound like `Pinky & Perky' if you remember them,If not they were pigs with high pitched voices and used sing songs. Is there a way to adjust the speed the sound files play at? The PC is an Acer Pentium 4 running Windows XP.
