Action Taken: Clean Failed; Quarantine Succeeded; Access Denied
Sometimes after the quarantine has taken place or the file was backed up while cleaning was attempted by the scanning engine, the file remains in the backup view or in quarantine and on next scan it redetects it there. Then when you delete the quarantined file, the other detections still show...- Jagsta

How can I stop Disabling?
If you use the corporate edition product, you can lock the realtime enablement and uninstall to require a password to unlock/disable or unininstall, among other things using their system center console on the server Nav settings. If you are using only the home consumer line 2003, I'm not sure...- Jagsta
