I should have mentioned - I tried all IE 5.X (including yesterday 5.5) - they all have the same result!- baffled

I have hebrew enabled WIN 98, whenver I try to upgrade to IE 5.0 I keep getting the message: EXPLORER caused a general protection fault in module CM8330.DRV at 0006:0000196c.
