You have probably already done this but...please double check your configuration for the router, logger and AW. In particular please check your visible and private host settings.
If this was not a sprawler, I would ask you to check your host...
Just to let you know that you are not alone...I have installed CRS on an off CCM, generic box and ran into the same issue.
I reverted to MCS7835 1st Gen (not supported by cisco tac any longer) and I was off to the races.

CDR capture is not turned on by default. This is probably why you didn't see a CDR DB on your publisher. CDR is turned on by setting system parameters.
If you want CDR set CCM service parameter 'CDR Enable Flag' to true.
If you want to capture CDR for call of zero time duration set CCM...
