I have an issue where Exchange 2007 users with Outlook 2007 are unable to see the free/busy calendar information of a secific mailbox on Exchange 2003. Exchange 2007 users with Outlook 2003 are able to see the free/busy calendar information for this mailbox without any issues. I suspect that...
I often have issues when opening .xlsx files. The message appears as follows:
Excel found unreadable content in 'name_of_file.xlsx'. Do you want to recover the contents of this work book? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.
After I select Yes, I get this message:

My group policy settings are not applying to IE7, although they are applying to IE6 as they should.
For example, my proxy settings defined in the policy aren't taking affect. However, if I log in as a user who is able to change the proxy settings and update them manually, all users who log...
I am looking to change the default font setup for Word 2007 and Outlook 2007 via group policy, but haven't found a method for doing so. I read elsewhere that the font is not configurable for these items using group policy. Can anyone confirm this? Also, any other suggestions regarding this...

I plan to apply SP1 to my domain controllers currently running Windows 2003 Server.
First of all, are there any known issues or items to pay close attention to with this?
Also, are there any issues/downsides with upgrading the domain controllers in stages. IE, can I just apply SP1 to one of...
I would like to know specifically what options I can configure with the OWA 2003 Admin Tool before I install it. Does anyone know where I can get some good documentation?
I am currently unable to download large files from OWA. From IE, I get the message, 'Internet Explorer was not able to open the Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again.' I have tried using Mozilla and Netscape and have similar issues. The...
Works great! Thanks!
One more question... Rather than using ping, I'd like to use another way to pause the batch file for a few seconds. What is the best way to do that?
Thank you! Is there any way to remove the contents of the directory without removing the root directory? I ask because the root directory will eventually be a share and have special security. I'd prefer not to alter it.
After the batch file executes 'for /F %%1 in (%temp%\test.txt) do rmdir %%1 /S /Q' it attempts to run 'rm New /S /Q' and errors with 'the system cannot find the file specified'. Any clue why this may be happening?
I am looking to create a batch file that will delete all the files and subfolders from a directory, without deleting the root directory.
For example, I have created f:\test. I'd like to delete everything from beneath f:\test. Could someone please assist? Thanks in advance.
Unfortunately, a reinstall doesn't appear to resolve the error.
One other thing is that Acrobat 5 was uninstalled before Acrobat 7.0.5 was installed. I am not sure if that comes into play at all or not. Regardless, I can reproduce the issue on multiple computers that are setup the same way.
