Did you configure this router from scratch - no previous config at all? If so, did you turn on IP Routing? or try issuing the IP Routing global command.
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 host
ip route host 255.255.255.255 BRI0
I would try changing this to read:
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 BRI0
DELETE this line - ip route host 255.255.255.255 BRI0
also I would make the dialer-list access list number different from the NAT access list number just to make...
Go to Cisco on line and search on Password Recovery for your model, follow the instructions... its very easy to get into the router as long as you can console into it. Rember to change / remove the telnet password - line VTY 0 4 password and login entries

Remove all references to RIP, you don't need it to advertise your subnet it to the internet. That should clear it up. Or make the interface passive for RIP updates.
I have tried Cisco Works 5, not too impressed, Tried Observer 7 which for me is over kill. I need to be able to see utiltization on a port basis, ie. if the connection is 256k how many k are being used? Don't like the way Cisco Works presents the data. Any Ideas??
Thanks
