I have two sub-reports.
sub-report1 with 4 colums AmountDue, Discount, Interest and Total. On these colums I'm getting group totals and over all totals.
I have the same colums on sub-report2.

In the type of reports I'm doing and with the power of the servers I have backing it up the sorts I have in the query are correctly placed. They are required to be able to get the results I'm looking for. But I do thank you for your responce
Thanks I found the problem, Groups have to be set in this query as well as in the report. It was pulling the groups in the wrong order from the query. once I correct the order problem solve. Just had to beat my head to wall for a while
