Cable Tester Types?
I have seen many cable testers available. I own a Siemons STM-8, and it works great, but I need one that will "certify" the cable to a cat 5 level for speed. Do the ones that test for near end cross talk test for speed as well? Or not always? Help..... I can't afford a thousand bucks...
