    Yeah, it is URLScan, part od IIS lockdown utility. In my case, it was a problem with subject field ending in a period. You can alter it not to. See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;320089 Cheers.

    Dunno if it's an option for you Matthew, but if you ditch Proxy Server 2 and move to ISA Server 2000 then you can easily block MSN Messenger there I believe.
