    Unable to update data from Access w/ Linked SQL tables

    I have the similar problem. Try and look at the [Properties] of the SQL database in Enterprise Manager. Under [Connection]/[Default Connectin Options], make sure quoted identifier is not selected. After I have unselected it, I can make changes or insert new records without any problems.
