    Windows XP freezing

    I recently upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows XP Home edition. Since this upgrade my computer is constantly freezing and running rather badly. Any ideas on what I could do to rectify this BTW - the installation process was fine - no errors Thanks D -:

    Printer drivers disappearing

    Apologies. Its a Canon Buble-Jet 4000 on XP. The driver for it is on the XP cd (as stated by Canon's website) Any ideas? Thanks D

    After rebooting (XP Home) the printer drivers is lost. Have re-installed several times but this still happens. Any ideas please.... Thanks :)
