    Thanks all, The selector codes 1 and 2 were zeroed out. I reset them to Direct Extension Transfer and all is OK. Thanks again John

    Night Cover Confusion...

    When I call in with night cover turned on, and during the recorded message I punch in an extension... The error message is "that selection is disabled". Then it returns to repeat the recorded message. The system is an older PARTNER voicemail system.
