    PPTP on R55 doesn't work

    Silly question but I assume you are NAT translating through the Firewall. Is the other end of the Tunnel allow the users IP address or the NAt translated address access ? You have opened up the correct two Ports needed.

    Bront is right. The easy way is to turn on Deleted Items Retention. You can then recover any time during the specified time (set by you) and it doesn't leave you having to administer another mailbox. As far as I am aware there is not a way of performing a Brick backup of the public folders...
