    Kerio firewall 5 and Windows update

    I had the same problem. I tried various settings. Under proxy server I unchecked 'enable automatic configeration for browers'. Under cache, I unchecked 'enable cache on tranparent proxy' and selected 'continue aborted download' For some reason thos all seemed to work.
