    I have a similar problem, and I have found that by pinging the other computer's NAME ie Desktop1 ,the DNS returns an IP of 10.xxx.xxx.xxx ,and ofcourse can't find it because its auto assigned ip(from router) is 192.xxx.xxx.xxx You may have this problem. Anyone have any ideas?
