Fixed :)
seems I didn't include some extra Where clauses
Here's the code

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, however that doesn't work. I get the following error message:
<?MSSQLError HResult="0x80040e14" Source="Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server" Description="Parent tag ID 1 is not among the open tags. FOR XML EXPLICIT requires parent tags to be opened first. Check...
Hi all,
My apologies if this is a bit long winded...
I have an issue here that I hope someone can help with. I'm *very* new at XML... this is my third day on it :P
successfully created a SQLXML template file ok that reads information from a sql2000 database and outputs to IIS5 as long as only...
Hi,
This is generally possible by setting an option in the system's bios provided it's recent enough - Most ATX systems should be able to do it.
Look in the BIOS for Power Management Options. On a system with an award BIOS, you should see an option for "AC BACK Function" or the like. This can...
Hi,
I reformatted the laptop.. no change.
I've confirmed that DNS is ok as the laptops are DHCP and they are automatically registered in the DNS. Other machines on the 192.168.0 subnet can ping and connect through netbios shares, and the laptop on the 192.168.1 subnet can do the same with the...
Hi,
Thanks for the input, but I already have a DNS server set up with forwarders and forward/reverse lookups. I'm going to reinstall windows on this laptop as I suspect the kerio firewall may have messed up my system. I uninstalled it a few weeks ago and have had similar problems before with...
Hi,
I seem to have fixed that issue by deactivating rras and reconfiguring it. Although I'm still left with a annoying problem of web traffic being extremely slow with timeouts.
I've configured NAT in RRAS and DNS resolves and pinging overseas sites gives me a about 150-200ms return so that's...
Hi,
I have a win2000 server with two nic's and one side has desktop clients and adsl router while the other side has the laptops. I've made this arrangement due to system positioning and cabling issues.
The problem I am experiencing is that even though I has set up routing and remote access...
Hello,
I just reformatted my XP system and am able to join the domain, however I cannot add domain users and thus cannot log on as a domain user.
I go to user accounts, click on add, click browse, click find now, and am asked for a domain password. I enter the password and it shows me a list...
Hello All,
All fixed now.
I added the following iptables rule:
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d espace.hopto.org -p tcp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to 192.168.1.2
and now it routes properly. yay! :D
thank you everyone for the effort you have gone to to help.
Appreciate it very much.
Ok, Now I'm convinced it's a firewall issue, as I set up http and webmin on my router (192.168.0.1) and can browse to it using the domain, espace.hopto.org from the windows machines...
crazy stuff... :P
Here's something that may help...

Hi marsd,
I tried what you suggested but most of the rules came up with an error along the lines of:
iptables v1.2.6a: Couldn't load match `--state':/lib/iptables/libipt_--state.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Just to recap, The systems behind the firewall cannot...
The error returns pretty much immediately.
If I enable my proxy server, I get connection refused.
It's as if the router is not forwarding calls from the internal machines for espace.hopto.org port 80 to 192.168.1.2....
That would be my best analysis.
and just for the record, when I get "page cannot be found" when trying to browse to the domain name, there are no entries reflecting this in the access/error logs on the web server.
If any machine behind my firewall tries to browse to http://espace.hopto.org , I get page cannot be displayed...
The router itself can browse to it fine using lynx
Doesn't make sense to me why this is happening :(
