yes. I actually figured it out last night what was causing this problem. I'm 99% sure it is happening because I ran the IIS lockdown tool prior to installing Metafram and locked it down a little to tight. Thanks for replying.

We are trying to publish Outlook 2000 through Citrix XP so that when the user connects to the application through the ICA client, Outlook opens up without prompting the user for the initial profile setup. I need to know how to direct Citrix to look in a directory where the user's profile is.
