    I just tried it and it didn't work. Line 1 is ringing just fine, but when line 2-6 ring, it still goes directly to voicemail of our network administrator....why oh why does this happen to me??

    I'm trying to change the name of 2 phones. I've gone into Feature 981 and changed it there, but I've noticed when I dial my extension from another extension in the office, it still says the old name when it's dialing my extension. I hope this makes sense. Can someone please help???
