    e6500 and e3537 errors with ARCserve2000

    We are experiencing e6500 (Client connect to tape failed) and e3537 (Failed to connect to media). We've tried deleting all r* files in the database directory per CA's knowledgebase, and this works for a day or so, but the errors return and the backup fails. Anybody know of another solution...
