Does anyone know if there is a way
Carol I've got the same request here, for the following circumstance.....att 123 goes out on the road, doesn't want/cant access the VM for whatever reason. So her asst on ext 456 gets all 123's vm and handles all the traffic. Or, say someone goes on holiday, maternity leave etc........these...- galwayphoneguy

We've got Lucent Definity G3 using Cisco 3810's and VoIP to another site over leased line - 4 channels, 64k, appalling quality. Caller busy, gone to cov pa. I can conference by accident?!
The situation is this: Sta 1111 receives a call, but is busy (appearance on button a). Therefore call goes straight to cov pa and 1111 gets appearance on button b on 6408 handset as green LED.
