Ohhh you are right - preblem is that I hve configured clonnig - and it works as clonning - but sometimes it works as I described (looses information abiut some bakups on backup tape - works as staging) but it should not.
Is it known bug . . .
marbo
I use Legato 6.1.3 on Solaris 8 with configured autoamic clonnig.
I've discovered that sometimes after clonnig Legato loose information about backup (I have just backup on clone - and do not on backup tape)
Has anyone seen something like that?

What: Legato 6.1.3 on Solaris
Q: I'd like to have something like this: Before backup - to execute script that for example will backup my mysql via mysqldump to ttt.gz. After that bakup my client. After backup execute post backup script that will remowe ttt.gz
Is there possibility to do that...
Does Legato Networker follow symlinks by deafult?
I have heard that this option is configurable (but I cannot find it)> If such option exists where should I look for it.
Thanks in advance
