Sorry to be a pain, but here is how I understand Allow Redirect Y or N, found under Terminals & Sets. For example: My ext is 223. On ext. 223 I have lines 1,2 and 3 programmed to appear/ring. I said Y to Allow Redirect on ext 223 under Terminals & Sets. The telephone number for line 2 is...- pbxkeytek

One thing before I go back to my customer site. I do not see "allow link" in the Terminals and Sets; Capabilities section. What am I not seeing? Thanks. pbxkeytek- pbxkeytek
