Rebecca, Sorry about the problem you are having. Trying to eliminate the spyware manually is difficult if not impossible, and can cause a lot of problems. Xupiter is a spyware automatically installed by a pop-up ad, possibly for a casino. Download the free program Ad-aware from www.lavasoft.de It will remove Xupiter and any other spyware on your computer.- AlanSmith64
