    Limit outgoing bandwidth

    Hi. I want to limit the outgoing bandwidth on the outside interface of PIX 515 either to 1 Mbit cumulative for all inside users or assign a specific bandwidth to an inside ip address. I tried already the rate-limit command on the outside interface but it doesn't have any effect. Any ideas...
