Have now retired the Exchange 5.5 server and installed Exchange 2000 into the same domain as BrightStor but still cant see the Exchange Agent.
Have Outlook 2002 installed along with BrightStor so still think that may be the problem. Also, BrightStor is running on Windows 2000 Terminal Server...
