    Yes I have tried that. I tried both administrator and the arcserve account. Trying either domain still gives authentication errors.

    How do I delegate permission to junior staff to check that the backup has completed. I don't want them to logon as administrator. What permissions do they need? Using Advanced Storage Option v7.0 (build 1067) on Windows 2000
