NotOnList Event Procedure Works Partially

I compile an html help (.chm file) for our VisualFoxPro application. I gave it to one of our department programer, and he put all the validations necessary (a function to call the proper id when the help button of various forms is clicked- context sensitive). <br><br>It works ok in Windows NT...- pmatute
