When I print out the W-2, box 12a shows the Simple IRA contributions made by employees, but it also adds the mileage to that amount. Anyone know how to fix this?

How do I remove an extension from coverage. I have it set up so when you dial ext 154 three phones in one area rind (extensions 106, 107 & 108). I want to remove 106.. I have moved that line to another departmnent but it still rings when someone dials 154.

Thanks, there were digits in the ARS tables. I have deleted them. I will wait and see on the next bill if it worked.---It shoud've done the trick

I thinkthat there is probably a preprogrammed code installed, when we dial 9 to dial out it goes to this code, anyone know how to find this out??

I called 700-555-4141, it says AT&T is the carrier. Verizon says on there swich, they are the carrier for all of our lines. I am just getting the run around from both of them, meanwhile I am continually getting a bill from AT&T, this month was $800.00, most of the calls were local too.

6 months ago I switched local and long distance to one carrier (Verizon). I am still getting bills from AT&T. Verizon tells me that according to their switch all numbers are through them. AT&T tells me that they can't tell me anything other than Verizon sends them the info to bill for. Is it...
