Thanks for your follow up, we are using AA, so the CLID is not showing up anywhere first. I was told by Nortel that we should be able to get the CLID to show on all lines even when one is in use. Remember we are using CICS/
We are using a Norstar Compact ICS 4.1. Caller ID is available on all lines. When using a phone set, and another call comes into that extension, the LCD reads the incoming line, not the caller's ID. I am told that the LCD can show who the caller is when the phone is in use on another line...
