I do not know what we paid for C:D but the maintenance I believe was 20% of the list price. This was a bit high. One of the reasons we switched to Axway's XFB was their mainetance was 15% - from what I was told they were cheaper too.
The company that I used to work for replaced Connect:Direct with a product from Axway called XFB for several reasons. Although Sterling may say they run on 28 different OS they actually stopped supporting many of them and they actually had different products for each OS so the learning curve...
