We are going to leave it for now 10 in and 10 out and see how it goes. We are looking into converting to a PRI as a possible solution but I still think we should be able to setup two way calls...
I have a vendor on-site installing a BCM. We have a T1 configured with 20 voice channels. The other 4 channels are used for data.
