    Tracking/reading log info about user actions

    Hello, I'm interested in writing a little user-adapted program. How is it possible to read information about which programs the user executes, and which URLs he visits and when (how often). If there are no such logs in registry, how would it be possible to track such events? Thank u :-) LePo
