    Thanks "archerofloaf". It's rather a unique name. It sounded like a user unfriendly process. one has to quit dir to see the new changes hhmm.... I think it will be even more complicated when this process goes down as I want to make changes to only part of the movie. Let me explain...

    Can one save a file from the Projector?

    Does anybody here know whether you can in Director or Flash: Modify a movie clip in the projector and then save it to the computer's hard drive and load it back for later use? I believe Flash can't do this. Does anybody know whether Director has this capability. Thanks
