Sorry, I missed the part where you had already tried breaking out. I don't have any ideas. I didn't see anything on Cisco's site that mentioned recovering from this type of problem. Sorry again..- Etherneter

Try power cycling your router and within the first 60 Seconds press the "Break" key to boot into Rom monitor. then, type "confreg 0x2142" or "confreg 0x142" and "reset" to boot to flash without loading the config in NVRAM. I think that you might have...- Etherneter
