Hello,
I recently upgraded from Meridian Mail to Call Pilot 4.0. In MerMail I was able to add an existing distro list to another distro list which made my life much easier when working with them. Is Call Pilot capable of this? As far as I can tell I can only add user mailboxes. Thanks.
This may very well be a simple regedit that I'm not aware of, but here is the scenario:
PcAnywhere 10.5
Windows 2000 SP3
I can scan the network for TCP/IP Hosts one time. But if I cancel out or disconnect from the host I cannot reconnect unless I log-off and log back on to the PC, or I...
Actually it worked.. I had the 5555 in the fwd of another phone and it would not allow mine to do the same.. The problem is now fixed.
Thank you everybody for all your help!
Well.. I finally got this issue corrected. I set up a third party dn on my own phone and it worked fine. I found that the client who needed the 3rd party ext had a 2008 phone but had 2616 programming in the switch. I outed her tn and copied my 2008 to her and added the dn to key 6...
Still doesn't work. You would think this is an easy change to make.. My eyes and ears are open to any suggestions at this point. Thank you for your help thus far though.
Ok. I used '5555' as the DN for that forwarding number. I can dial it and it goes to the outside number. But when I try to set my phone to call forward to '5555' is gives me a 'RELEASE AND TRY AGAIN' message and a busy signal. What am I missing?
I have a client with a 2008 Meridian phone. I have a 3rd line set up to ring on key 6 which is her boss' dn. The phone rings but she cannot pick it up. What command or cls can I change to allow for pickup?
I was hoping that someone could tell me how to allow call forwarding to an outside line on a Meridian Option 11c phone system. I would need this number format
9-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx
