    Has anyone heard of this problem? It works at both locations in normal state, but as soon as I switched to ESS mode, my voicemail doesn't work any longer.

    I switched over to ESS mode and when I hit my message button or try to cover to MM, I get the main greeting from MM and not the actual voicemail box of the person I called.

    It's not just one person. We have this happening in Washington DC, Charlotte NC and Indiana. Our software version is 3.1. We have QSIG trunks between our PBX's and Modular Messaging.

    I have an issue when someone leaves a voicemail for a Modular Messaging user where the voicemail will interupt the caller and state if you want to continue your message hit 2, to re-record press 1. This sounds like the voicemail has lost audio stream for the call. Has anyone experienced this...
