    1235 Will Not Print Mono only pages

    Not sure how this came about but this 1235 will not print straight mono pages. Should it have any color in it at all it prints just fine. You just about have to peel the paper off the transfer belt. Any ideas? Mike

    Slipping of gears in Phaser 740

    Are you getting a 33 error? Usually says 33 transfer roller error or something like that. If this is the case you need to replace the clutch on the paper feed assy. mikeh
