    Uninstall TCP/IP on what? There are 900 computers. And we are still using WINS for name resolution so flushing DNS wouldn't help. Thanks though. It's a Browser issue, and I'm afraid the only way to clean it up is to shut down ever computer on the entire network and force flush the caches...

    I gave my mother an old POS pre-loaded with ME. When I configured her dial-up internet account, the option to save the password is greyed out and she has to key in a complicated, ISP-assigned password every time she wants to connect. Why is the option greyed-out?
