    I have those both turned on. I have those turned on to my phone, not the console (2250) which is are main phone. Would I need to start with the console?

    I have a Nortel 11c. Internally I can see the person's name who is calling me and there extension number. Externally when some calls in I can only see the number they are calling from not there name. Is there a feature that is not turned on? Or a CLS that needs to be added?
