    Thanks for your wonderful responses. I am still having a problem with the dateadd function. The program recognizes the function but now it says "a date/time required here". However the "if then formula" by mbarron improves my solution and I am happy with it.

However, I only know to choose the date range by using the Select Expert option. It only allows me to choose one date range in the report...
