Printing PDFS created in Quark Xpress 5
I am running Mac OS 9.1 using Quark Xpress 5 and Adobe Acrobat and Distiller 4.0. It appears that every pdf I create, whether by exporting as a pdf, saving pages as a PS file and converting through Distiller, or creating through the print command, I cannot print.
