Regional settings ???? If you want it all in Spanish, well ... you will have to reinstall it in .. yes ... Spanish I assume you mean re-installing windows 98 and choosing Spanish as the language?- sierraguy2

I am giving a family a laptop that is running Windows 98 Second Edition. It is their first computer. I would like to have everything, text, programs, etc, in Spanish (its English now) so they are not so intimidated by the computer....any suggestions as to how to accomplish this?
